“Invite and get free months” programme rules

• Any active CariX account.
• If you added a shop to your account, your invites count for the shop: the months you earn go to the shop, under the shop rules in the table below. The link is the same in your account and in the shop's dashboard.
• Each account has a single invite link, found on the “Invite and earn” page.

1. You send your link to a driver or a shop (WhatsApp, SMS, email or any way you like).
2. When someone opens the link, their browser remembers the invite for 30 days through a strictly necessary cookie (carix-invite).
3. If they create a new CariX account from the same browser within that time, your invite is recorded and waits to qualify.
4. When the new account meets the conditions below, you both get the free months and you receive a confirmation email.

An account can be invited only once, and only when it signs up. Existing accounts cannot be invited.

• A driver qualifies once their email address is confirmed and they have added at least one car.
• A shop qualifies once it has created its profile, the profile is published (shows in search) and it has accepted at least one booking or created at least one job.
• The conditions must be met within 60 days of signing up. After that the invite expires and brings no months.
• An account deleted, deactivated or suspended before qualifying brings nothing.

• Months are added at the end of your current free period or, if it has ended, from the day the invite qualifies. They give access to the account’s paid plan (CariX Premium for drivers, CariX Pro for shops).
• The new account’s bonus is also granted when the invite qualifies, not at sign-up, and is added after its own free period.
• The cap is counted over the last 12 months. Invites that qualify after you reach it bring you no more months, but the new account still gets its bonus.
• The number of months is the one in force, for your account’s country, on the day the invite qualifies.

• You cannot invite yourself. An invite is rejected automatically if the new account uses your email address or is created from a browser where you have signed in to your own account.
• Creating fake accounts, several accounts for the same person or shop, or accounts for others without their consent is forbidden.
• Sending the link through spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading advertising or promises CariX does not make is forbidden.
• Buying or selling sign-ups, or paying anyone to sign up through your link, is forbidden.

CariX may review invites, reject them and withdraw months obtained through abuse or in breach of these rules, including after they were granted. In serious cases the account may be suspended under the Terms and conditions.

• Free months are not paid out, cannot be exchanged for money or discounts and cannot be transferred to another account.
• If you delete your account, any remaining months are lost.

CariX may change these rules, the number of months and the cap, or end the programme. Changes apply to invites that qualify after they are published on this page; months already granted stay in the account.

To grant the months we keep who invited whom, the sign-up date and the status of the invite. The person who invited you does not see your name or email: they only see that “a driver” or “a shop” signed up and whether the invite qualified. Details in the Privacy policy.
