Know in good time when a document expires
We email you 30, 14 and 7 days before each deadline, and once more the day before.
- ITP, RCA, CASCO and road vignette. Pick how long the vignette runs or how long the ITP is valid, and the expiry date is worked out for you.
- Your driving licence, ID card, passport, certificates and tachograph card.
- The first aid kit and the fire extinguisher.
- Your local car tax, in March, before the 31 March deadline.
- Tyres: on 15 October for winter tyres, on 15 March for summer ones.
- The next service your repair shop sets after a job, and any reminder you add yourself. When it's due at a mileage, we estimate the date from your monthly average.
- The end of a shop's warranty, 30 days ahead, so you can go back to the same shop.
- Recalls announced for cars like yours.
- For the ITP, a service or tyres, tap “Book” in the reminder to go to the shop that set it, or to the search with your car already picked.

Search by service and city, from repairs and tyres to car washes, detailing or towing, compare businesses and send a booking request, with no need to ring round.
- Each shop's page shows its opening hours, its services with price ranges, and its reviews.
- “Is the price fair?” shows the price range in your city, from the prices shops list on CariX, on the shop's page and on your estimate.
- Only customers can leave a review, after a completed job at that shop.
- A name and a phone number are all a booking request needs; you don't need an account.
- The shop accepts your request, declines it or suggests another time. Leave your email and we'll keep you posted at every step.

What do I do after an accident?
Tap “I had an accident” in your account: we show you the steps, you take the photos and note the other driver's details. The report is yours alone, we send it to no one, and you can download it as a PDF for the claim.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. From your account settings you can download all your data or delete your account, at any time.
