Reminders for your customers
ITP, servicing, seasonal tyre changes and warranty ends, emailed automatically to your customers with a button to book with you. You can edit the texts. Most useful for repair shops, tyre shops and ITP stations.
Tax invoices with e-Factura
Issue the tax invoice straight from the estimate. With CariX invoicing, you send it from CariX to e-Factura (SPV). If you use SmartBill, Oblio, FGO, Keez or factureaza.ro, connect your account and the invoice is issued there.
Tyre storage
Stored sets with size, DOT, tread depth, photos and rack. Print the label and the receipt, and the tyre reminder also reaches customers whose set you keep. For tyre shops and repair shops that store tyres.

What kinds of business can join CariX?
Any business that works on cars: repair shop, tyre shop, auto electrician, ITP station, body shop, auto glass, car wash, detailing or towing. When you sign up you pick the services you offer, and drivers find you in search by service and city.
How do drivers find me?
They find your profile in CariX search, by service and city, and send you a booking request. You decide whether to accept it.
Are CariX estimates invoices?
No. An estimate is a non-fiscal document the customer uses to approve the work. You then issue the tax invoice from the estimate: with CariX invoicing, which sends it to e-Factura (SPV), or through your own invoicing program if you use SmartBill, Oblio, FGO, Keez or factureaza.ro; that program then sends the e-Factura according to your settings. Using another program? Tell us which one in the settings. Your accountant can get the monthly invoice export by email, with a SAGA file for the invoices issued with CariX invoicing.
Does the CariX invoice replace the fiscal receipt?
No. When a private customer pays cash or by card, you still give the fiscal receipt from your cash register. The invoice from CariX or from your program comes on top of the receipt, not instead of it. Check with your accountant which documents you need in each case.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Your account works in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop.
How many people can use the account?
For now, each business has a single login.
I already have a website. Do I still need CariX?
CariX doesn't replace it: it's one more place where drivers can find you, plus tools for bookings, jobs and estimates.
