Reviews tied to jobs
After a completed job, the customer gets a link to leave a review. That's the only way reviews can be left.

Tax invoices with e-Factura
Issue the tax invoice straight from the estimate. With CariX invoicing, you send it from CariX to e-Factura (SPV). If you use SmartBill, Oblio, FGO, Keez or factureaza.ro, connect your account and the invoice is issued there.

Yes. They pick a day and one of the free times in your opening hours and send you the request. You accept it, decline it or suggest another time, and the driver is notified by email.
How do I remind customers of their next ITP?
Turn on the ITP reminder in the settings and note the day the customer's ITP runs out. The customer gets the email as many days ahead as you choose, with your wording.
I also run a repair shop next to the station. Can I show up for repairs too?
Yes. Add the repair services to your profile and drivers find you for them as well.
