You show up in CariX search for the services you add to your profile. You pick them when you sign up and can change them in the settings.

Seasonal tyre change reminder
Customers who changed tyres with you in the last two years or keep a set in your storage get the reminder by email before the summer and winter seasons, with a button to book with you.
Tyre storage
Stored sets with size, DOT, tread depth, photos and rack. Print the label and the receipt, and the tyre reminder also reaches customers whose set you keep.
Booking requests
They arrive by email and in your account. Accept them, decline them or suggest another time, and the customer is notified by email.
Weekly calendar
Bookings by day and hour, so you can see your week at a glance.
Customers and cars
A record of your customers and their cars, visible only to your business.
Job board
Every car moves through columns, from booking to pickup, with parts and labour lines.
Public profile
Your page on CariX, with opening hours, services with price ranges and reviews. Drivers find you by service and city.
Reviews tied to jobs
After a completed job, the customer gets a link to leave a review. That's the only way reviews can be left.
PDF estimates
Email the estimate to the customer, who approves it online. Estimates are not tax invoices.
Tax invoices with e-Factura
Issue the tax invoice straight from the estimate. With CariX invoicing, you send it from CariX to e-Factura (SPV). If you use SmartBill, Oblio, FGO, Keez or factureaza.ro, connect your account and the invoice is issued there.
Customer emails
Customers get an email when the status of their booking or job changes.
Warranties on jobs
Add a warranty in months and/or km to a job line. It shows on the estimate and, if the customer has a CariX account, on their car, with a reminder before it runs out.
