Tyre storage (a tyre hotel) is a tyre shop's or a garage's storeroom where you leave your off-season set, with or without rims, until the next change. A good one keeps it cool, dry and out of the light, labels it and gives you a drop-off receipt with the tyres' condition: size, DOT code, tread depth and position on the car. Keep the receipt until you collect the set.
